Plasti-Part was established in 1995 by husband and wife team, Paul and Olga Hobley.
Born from humble origins, the company started with just one mould, an injection moulding machine, one staff member and operated from the double garage of their home.
We have come a long way since then. We now operate from our 1 086 m2 factory in Firgrove, Somerset West and employ over 25 staff members.

We specialize in the manufacturing of quality injection moulding tools and the supply of soft or hard thermoplastics.
We have all the equipment and expertise in-house to provide for all your plastic injection moulding needs.
Meet with prospective clients to identify their needs and how we can add value to their process.
Establish part and mould design specifics, followed by CAD drawings for approval by customer.
Optional, grow 3D printed samples in plastic or metal.
Finalise the details of part design and mould design.
This involves building the mould and other jigs etc. that are needed to meet the client's requirements. Minimum turnaround time is 4 weeks.
Prepare all necessary inputs and begin the process of injection moulding.
Pack and prepare parts post moulding to customer specification.
